Monique Maigret - Human Resources Director

Our management has focused on enhancing competencies and performance, through the use of new tools and new approaches. The ECHOS position and employee assessment system is being extended to new countries (United Kingdom, Sweden Ireland, Portugal and Mexico).

Moreover,we have launched a job mapping as well as the highly innovative Sherpa-managed international training cycle. We have also introduced an annual professional assessment interviews in all our entities.

Our employment policy is in keeping with the dynamic in France driven by the Veolia Compétences operation:we hired 650 staff members after completion of training under either an apprenticeship, or professionalisation contract or through work place assessment. Coaching is once again in demand, as a result of tutor recognition and training.

Social engineering is asserted to be one of Dalkia's distinctive competencies in the face of competitors. It is now an important component of major development projects in which communication, training and a flexible and innovative approach to manage our people are essential.
All these advances testify to the high degree of human resources profession, in mobilisating and fulfilling their central role in the development and evolution of Dalkia.

We devote the utmost attention to ensuring that the 15,000 people who have joined the Company are effectively integrated and that all our employees worldwide receive proper training.
