Moreover, we have launched a job mapping as well as the highly innovative Sherpa-managed international training cycle. We have also introduced annual professional assessment interviews into all our business units.
Our employment policy is in keeping with the French model driven by the "Veolia Compétences" operation: we hired 650 employees after completion of training under either an apprenticeship, or professionalization contract or through work place assessment. Coaching is once again in demand, as a result of tutor recognition and training.
