Missions:

• Coordinate subcontractors
• Ensure that quality, safety and environment rules and regulations are applied correctly
• Manage a team of site and maintenance technicians and develop their skills
• Serve as the key point of contact with customers, suppliers and subcontractors
• Work in partnership with sales people, technical managers and other members of the company

Educational qualifications:
Minimum French baccalauréat (high school diploma) plus two years' undergraduate study with significant job experience or equivalent education (environmental services management accreditation or engineering degree)

Missions:

• Conduct technical/cost studies in the area of thermal and multitechnical services
• Perform audits
• Design effective technical solutions
• Identify avenues for improvement
• Determine investments, performance and operating costs

• Provide expert knowledge of cogeneration, chilling, heating, steam, etc.

Educational qualifications:
Ingénieur de formation, avec ou sans expérience.

Missions:

• Develop new projects and new contracts with local authorities, industrial and/or commercial customers
• Devise solutions for deployment, in close cooperation with design engineers and operators
• Negotiate business proposals
• Participate in implementing the related contracts

• Play an active role in defining targets, budgets and business plans

Educational qualifications:
Engineering and/or business school degree

Missions:

• Perform and/or supervise operating and maintenance work
• Ensure that installations operate properly
• Carry out repairs
• Comply with rules and regulations and apply procedures

• Provide effective customer care

Educational qualifications:
Vocational or post-secondary certificate equivalent to France's CAP, CFPA, BEP, technological or vocational baccalauréat, BTS or DUT in electricity, electromechanical or electrotechnical studies, cooling and air conditioning system maintenance, heating system engineering, or maintenance

Missions:

• Perform and/or supervise routine and heavy maintenance and other work
• Ensure that installations operate properly
• Comply with rules and regulations and apply procedures
• Perform work or services not covered by the contract
• Provide effective customer care

Educational qualifications:
Vocational baccalauréat or equivalent; technician qualification similar to the French BTS or equivalent
