Taking into account the 17 000 employee departures attributable to divestitures, notably those of Clemessy and Crystal, coupled with attrition, Dalkia's total workorce fell from 54 800 to 52 800 employees between 31 December 2007 and 31 December 2008. On a like-for-like basis, however, this change reflects growth of 8.5%.
In addition, 72% of Dalkia's workforce is now outside France.
