Operations Manager

Missions:

To take responsibility for managing an operating unit:
To provide day-to-day management of a team of unit-based and/or traveling technicians
To apply expert knowledge of the technologies used in the facilities managed (heating, cooling, climate control, etc.)
To implement management systems and propose areas for improvement
To ensure application of quality, safety and environmental regulations
To provide budgetary monitoring and supervision of sub-contractors
To act as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure that contractual commitments are met

Skills required:

General engineer or specialist energy engineer.
Knowledge of English and French are an advantage for career progression in the Group.

Sales Engineer

Missions:

To manage, maintain, enhance and/or develop the sales portfolio for the sector concerned (housing and local authorities/ commercial/ retail/ industry/ health/ networks)
To manage relationships with existing and prospective customers, conduct negotiations and achieve sales targets
To conduct technical and economic surveys
To be innovative in bid preparation
To manage sales monitoring systems
To support the operations team on the contract start-up phase

Design Engineer

Mission:

To work closely with operating sectors and sales teams:
To conduct technical design studies, from costing through to completion of works
To audit and analyze facilities
To drive innovation by proposing appropriate technical solutions
To carry out energy and financial assessments
To calculate capital investment requirements and identify risks

General engineer or specialist energy engineer.

Design Engineer - Engineering projects

Mission:

To support operators and/or sales staff in the pre-project phases and contract fulfillment
To design technical solutions and propose routes to progress in the pre-project phase: preparing specifications, conducting facility audits, analyses and feasibility studies, calculating capital expenditure costs and evaluating risks (mainly environmental risks)
To conclude detailed and construction engineering sub-contract agreements and prepare technical specifications in the project implementation phase
To provide project supervision: preparing and tracking the schedule of works, chairing site meetings, providing financial supervision and supervising facility commissioning

Operations Technician

Mission:

Office-based or traveling, reporting to an operations manager and working as a member of a team:
Working on the operation, maintenance and repair of high-output heating and climate control facilities
Pinpointing equipment faults
Fault diagnosis
Taking action to maintain energy production
Contributing to repair and refurbishment works

Skills required:

Vocational training certificate (BAC PRO/BTS) or equivalent in heating or electrical engineering.
Internship (apprenticeship or qualification-based) contracts also provide a route to this job profile.
