Under the leadership of Senior Management, Dalkia is organised around two operating subsidiaries: Dalkia France and Dalkia International. The Group also comprises nine specialised subsidiaries.

Dalkia International represents Dalkia outside France in 38 countries grouped into five regions: North Atlantic, Northern Europe, Southern Europe and Other Countries, Central and Eastern Europe and Developing Countries.
