Dalkia has won the international RFP for the operation and maintenance of the biggest shopping center in Bulgaria. The 6-year contract covers all the facilities of this shopping center which is located near the central district of Varna and includes 155 shops and a multiple-cinema complex over a total surface area of 70,000 sq.m.
