Simple and safe, the heating and cooling systems enhance the comfort of residents. The fact that there is no need to store materials or flammable products eliminates risks, and the compact systems can be installed anywhere.
Durability and ease of use are among the undisputed qualities of Dalkia's heating and cooling systems.
Heating and cooling systems
We manage 887 district and local heating or cooling systems worldwide, particularly in France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Central and Eastern Europe and the Baltic States. In general, we do not own the systems, but usually provide management, upkeep and maintenance services on behalf of the local authorities that do.
The systems are designed to supply heat, domestic hot water and air conditioning to public and private buildings such as schools, healthcare institutions, office buildings and residential buildings.
Heating networks, sustainable energy in the city
Whether it is for apartment blocks, schools, public buildings, hospitals or offices a heating network can supply all or part of a city. It is an economically sound and sustainable solution.
