Heating and cooling systems
We manage 819 district and local heating or cooling systems worldwide, particularly in France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Central and Eastern Europe and the Baltic States. In general, we do not own the systems, but usually provide management, upkeep and maintenance services on behalf of the local authorities that do.
The systems are designed to supply heat, domestic hot water and air conditioning to public and private buildings such as schools, healthcare establishments, office buildings and residential buildings.

Upgraded systems equipped with cogeneration units are suited to a wide range of energy sources:
- Coal and heating oil, which can be stocked to ensure secure fuel supply.
