Dalkia expands its industrial expertise in Poland and announces name changes for two recently acquired companies

Dalkia Polska, a subsidiary of Dalkia within the EDF Group, announces the completion of the integration of assets acquired in December 2025. To mark this occasion, the entities previously operating as Edison Next Poland and Edison Next Services Poland are adopting a new identity. They will henceforth continue their activities under the respective names: Dalkia Polska Industry and Dalkia Polska Industry Services.

This evolution marks a strategic milestone for Dalkia, aimed at consolidating its service offering to industry and sustainably strengthening its foothold in the Polish market. The acquisition of 100% of the shares in these entities allows the Group to double the size of its operations in Poland, contributing nearly €100 million in additional turnover. This transaction thus reinforces Poland’s position as Dalkia’s second-largest international market.


The operational scope of the companies remains unchanged: Dalkia Polska Industry and Dalkia Polska Industry Services ensure the continuity of all existing contracts and commitments. This change of identity impacts neither the schedule of ongoing projects nor the territorial organisation. The teams remain fully mobilised at their current sites in Tychy, Bielsko-Biała, Rzeszów, Krosno, and Zawiercie to guarantee proximity of service.

Uniting all these areas of expertise under the single Dalkia brand allows us to structure an integrated service offering, which strengthens the Group's ability to support Polish industry more effectively in its energy transition and the achievement of its carbon neutrality goals. Our ambition is to enrich Dalkia's portfolio of solutions to provide our industrial partners with an offering of excellence that is increasingly comprehensive and high-performing.
