Dalkia signs a purchase agreement for the acquisition of US Chiller Services in the Middle East and the United States

Dalkia announces the signing of an agreement with US Chiller Services shareholders, mainly the Al Shirawi Group, for the acquisition of companies bearing the US Chiller Services brand in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain and the United States.

US Chiller Services is a company specialising in the operation and major maintenance of cooling production plants.

Between July 2020 and June 2021, it achieved a total turnover of 16.6 million dollars (USD) and has more than 330 employees.

This transaction is part of Dalkia's international strategy to accelerate its growth in the Middle East.

The completion of this operation is subject, country by country, to certain suspensive conditions and to obtaining all the applicable regulatory authorizations.
