Opened in 2017, this high-mountain Club Med village has 437 rooms and employs about 100 people.
In this high-end and highly technical environment, because it is in the mountains, how can we guarantee the continuity of the facilities? Maintenance must be highly responsive and energy and fluid consumption precisely controlled.
At the beginning of the contract, a "start-up unit" took charge of the facilities.
Throughout the year, a site manager and his dedicated team are on site, seven days a week, from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Preventive and corrective maintenance is subject to continuous information transmission according to precise procedures. Finally, performance indicators are monitored very closely.
