Like any health care facility, the Trénel Clinic has significant energy needs. It welcomes 9,000 new patients per year and has 300 employees, including 60 doctors. How to control the bill while benefiting from quality equipment that operates safely and provides maximum comfort for the occupants? How to best support the clinic's technical teams?
The solution
For five years, the energy performance contract combines energy supply (heat and electricity), maintenance, major upkeep and equipment renewal if necessary.
A consumption metering plan is implemented.
In addition, we propose to carry out targeted energy efficiency work: energy recovery with the implementation of an air-cooled free-cooling system, reduction of ventilation and blowing rates at night, setting up LED lamps and variable speed pumps, refurbishment of cold rooms and cold start pumps, etc.
The clinic is also connected to Dalkia's Desc and benefits from assistance via our customer relations center, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
